Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Hardware

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and controllers to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Hyperkin

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
